For the safety and the comfort of our customers, all patrons must be at least 12 years old. We ask children younger than 12 be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who is not receiving services, at all times. We will have to reschedule your appointment if you arrive with a child under 12.
We currently do not accept email appointment requests. Please utilize our online booking system if you would like to make an appointment.
All color services receive a complimentary basic drying (blow dry/diffuse/hood dry) service based upon hair type. If you would like a blow dry and style please let us know so we can properly book you for that added service. For example, if you have curly hair and want to wear it straight, or if you have straight hair and want it styled with curls or waves.
Credit card details will be requested for bookings. Some Services may require a deposit prior to booking. We understand busy schedules and different circumstances can not be avoided so we are happy to cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice. Same day appointment cancellations will be charged 50% of the service. Missed appointments are subject to charge in the full amount.
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Product returns will be for salon credit towards another product only, accompanied by a receipt or purchase history in our database. There are no refunds for services rendered. We pride ourselves in creating the best customer experience possible. If there is anything we can do to improve upon your experience, please let us know within 10 days of your service so we can achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
